WELCOME to the 7 Day Miracle Fast!

Fast Timeline
  1.   Decide what MIRACLE that you want GOD to manifest at the end of 7 days.  Think BIG!
  2.   Watch ALL of the explanation videos below.
  3.   Decide what hours that you will fast, 12 to 16 hrs per day.  No solid food from 8pm to 8am.  Clear liquids are allowed.
  4.   Decide when to start, considering that the last day you need to be home ALL day, due to drinking lots of liquids.
  5.   Go shopping.  See Grocery list below.
  6.   Plan your three CLEAN balanced meals and three CLEAN balanced snacks for the week.
  7.   Day before: weigh yourself and measure your waistline, make your soup, boil your eggs, put snacks together make pitcher of  lemon water.

Introduction to the 7 Day Fast

7 Day Miracle Fast Shopping List:

__2 bags raw coleslaw
__1 pound box of mixed spring greens or baby spinach
__7 apple or pears
__2 avocado
__1 lemon
__4 bananas
__4 oz. container fresh minced garlic
__2 Heads Romaine lettuce
__1 bunch celery

__4 quarts of broth (any flavor)
__1 small jar peanut or almond butter with nothing in it but a scant amount of salt
__1 bag dry green lentils or green split peas
__1 pound raw almonds
__1 pound raw walnuts
__1 pound raw sunflower seeds kernels
__1 pound raw cashews
__2 boxes "Slim Or detox" tea
__2 cans tuna in water
__1 bag ground or milled flax seeds
__10 oz. coconut oil
__ground Cinnamon
__garlic powder
__ "clean" chipotle, jerk or Cajun seasoning
__1 cup dry quinoa

__4 gallons spring water

__ Pink Himalayan Salt

DAIRY Section:
__one dozen (cage free) eggs

MEAT: Optional:
__2 smoked turkey tails or necks, or smoked salmon fillets (remove skin before cooking)

__2 pounds of frozen berries
__1 10 oz. bag of frozen "seasoning blend"
__1 pound bag frozen cut green beans
__1 pound bag frozen green peas
__1 pound bag frozen baby Lima beans
__1 pound bag frozen spinach, kale or collard greens


__blender, Vitamix, Nutribullet, Ninja or other type of smoothie maker
__crock pot or large soup pot
__set of measuring spoons
__set of measuring cups
__2 quart sauce pan with lid for boiling eggs

__8- 1.5 or 2 cup containers
__ Paring knife
__1/2 gallon pitcher
__ can opener

Clean Snacks

1 diced apple without core, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (I like Vietnamese cinnamon), 2 tbs chopped walnuts, 1/2 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen), 2 tsp clean peanut or almond butter

Put apple, cinnamon, walnuts and blueberries in a covered container. Shake up to evenly cover with cinnamon. Divide into 2- 8oz containers. Put 1 tsp nut butter on top of each snack.

Makes 2 snacks less than 100 calories each.

SUPER EASY! How to make raw cashew cream!

  1. 1/3 to 1/2 cup raw cashews soaked overnight at room temp in 2 cups clean water
  2. Drain and rinse
  3. Place in nutribullet or blender with 1 cup water
  4. Blend for 30 sec to 1 minute
  5. Strain with nut milk bag or veggi bag
  6. Serve or store in fridge for up to 3 days
  7. Tip: You can divide into small, single serve containers and freeze until ready to use!
